π₯£ Soft Dahi Baray – Ramadan Special Iftar Recipe
Ramzan ke iftar me soft aur fluffy dahi baray sab ki favourite dish hoti hai ❤️ Agar baray hard ho jate hain ya andar se tight rehte hain, to yeh recipe follow karein – har dafa perfect banenge!
π Ingredients
π₯£ Baray ke liye:
- 1 cup mash ki daal (urad dal) – 4–5 ghante bhigo kar
- 1/2 tsp namak
- 1/2 tsp zeera (optional)
- 1 pinch baking soda
Oil for frying
π₯ Dahi Mixture:
- 2 cups fresh dahi
- 2 tbsp cheeni
- 1/2 tsp namak
πΆ Toppings:
- Imli ki chutney
- Hari chutney
- Chaat masala
- Lal mirch powder

1️⃣ Bhigi hui daal ka pani nikaal kar blender me smooth paste bana lein.
2️⃣ Paste ko 5–7 minute achi tarah phent lein (jitna phentenge utne soft banenge).
3️⃣ Namak, zeera aur baking soda add karein.
4️⃣ Oil medium heat par garam karein.
5️⃣ Hath halka geela kar ke chote baray oil me daal dein.
6️⃣ Golden hone tak fry kare dain.
7️⃣ Garam baray ko seedha garam pani me 10 minute bhigo dein.
8️⃣ Phir halka sa press kar ke pani nikaal lein.
9️⃣ Dahi me cheeni aur namak mix karein.
π Baray dahi me daal kar 30 minute fridge me rakh dein.
