📝 Ingredients
🌯 Roll Filling ke liye:
- 1 cup boiled & shredded chicken
- 1 cup band gobhi (cabbage) bareek kati hui
- 1 gajar grated
- 2 tbsp hari piyaz
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp kali mirch
- 1/2 tsp namak (taste ke mutabiq)
- 1 tbsp oil
🫓 Wrapping ke liye:
- Spring roll sheets
- 2 tbsp maida + pani (paste banane ke liye)
🍳 Fry karne ke liye:
- Oil

1️⃣ Pan me oil garam karein.
2️⃣ Hari piyaz halka sa fry karein.
3️⃣ Ab shredded chicken, gobhi aur gajar add karein.
4️⃣ Soya sauce, namak aur kali mirch daal kar 2–3 minute cook karein.
5️⃣ Filling thandi hone dein.
6️⃣ Spring roll sheet lein, ek sidewalk par filling rakhein.
7️⃣ Side fold karke tight roll karein.
8️⃣ End par maida paste laga kar seal karein.
9️⃣ Medium heat par golden brown hone tak fry karein.
