- Lehsan 1 tbsp (chopped)

- Shimla mirch 1 medium (cubes)
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
- Sirka 1 tbsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Cornflour 1 tsp (½ cup pani mein ghola hua)

Chicken ko cornflour, maida, anda, salt, pepper aur soy sauce ke sath achi tarah mix kar lein.
Garam oil mein chicken ko golden aur crispy hone tak fry kar lein.
Pan mein 2 tbsp oil garam karein, lehsan aur hari piyaz fry karein.
Shimla mirch add karein aur high flame par toss karein.
Ab soy sauce, chili sauce, ketchup, sirka aur black pepper dal kar mix karein.
Cornflour wala pani add kar ke sauce thora thick hone dein.
Fried chicken add karein aur achi tarah toss karein.
Hari piyaz se garnish kar ke serve karein.
