  • Aloo 3–4 (medium, ubalay huay, katay huay)
  • Anday 4 (ubalay huay)
  • Pyaaz 1 (bareek kati)

  • Tamatar 2 (pisay huay)
  • Adrak lehsan paste 1 tbsp
  • Lal mirch 1 tsp
  • Haldi ½ tsp
  • Dhania powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala ½ tsp
  • Namak hasb-e-zaiqa
  • Hara dhania (garnish)
  • Cooking oil 3tbsp

Method:

  1. Karahi mein oil garam kar ke pyaaz sunehri kar lein.
  2. Adrak lehsan paste daal kar 1 minute bhunein.
  3. Tamatar aur saare masalay daal kar oil separate honay tak pakaein.
  4. Aloo aur aadhe kate huay anday daal kar 2–3 minute mix karein.
  5. Thora pani daal kar dhak dein, 5 minute dum dein.
  6. Aakhir mein garam masala aur hara dhania daal kar baqi anday upar rakh dein.
