Ingredients (Ajza):

Kashmiri Chai Patti – 2 chamach 
Baking Soda – 1 chutki
Pani – 4 cup
Thanda pani – ½ cup
Doodh – 2 cup
Namak – hasb-e-zaiqa
Cheeni – optional
Ilaychi powder – ½ chamach
Badam & Pistay (chopped) – garnish ke liye

Method (Banane ka Tarika):

1-Sab se pehle ek pateeli mein 4 cup pani daal kar ubaalne ke liye rakh dein.

2-Jab pani ubalne lage to us mein Kashmiri chai patti aur baking soda daal dein.

3-Chai ko 20–25 minutes tak medium flame par pakne dein jab tak pani ka rang gehra laal ho jaye.

4-Ab is mein ½ cup thanda pani daal kar khoob chamach se phaintain, is se chai ka rang pink ban jata hai.

5-Ab doodh, namak, aur agar chahen to thodi cheeni daal dein.

6-Aakhri mein ilaychi powder shamil kar ke 5 minutes aur pakaen.

7-Chai cups mein daal kar upar se badam aur pistay se garnish kar ke garam garam serve karein.

Baking soda zyada na daalein, warna taste kharab ho sakta hai.

Chai ko lamba pakana zaroori hai.
