 Fry Fish Pakora Recipe

Ingredients:


  • Fish fillets – 500g (preferably boneless, cut into medium pieces
  • Besan (Gram flour) – 1 cu
  • Cornflour – 2 tbsp (extra crispiness ke liye)ed chili powder – 1 tsp (ya taste ke mutabiq)
  • Turmeric powder – ½ ts
  • Garam masala – ½ tsp
  • Salt – 1 tsp (ya taste ke mutabiq)
  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Water – 3-4 tbsp (batter ke liye)
  • Oil – fry karne ke liye

Optional:

Ajwain / carom seeds – ½ tsp (extra flavor ke liye)

Chopped green chili – 1 (spicy flavor ke liye

Method:

  1. Fish pieces ko ek bowl mein lein.
  2. Salt, turmeric, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste aur lemon juice laga kar 15-20 min ke liye marinate karein

  • Batter prepare karein:

  1. Ek bowl mein besan aur cornflour lein.
  2. Garam masala, optional ajwain aur salt add karein.
  3. Thoda thoda paani daal kar thick batter banayein (na zyada patla, na zyada gaadha)

  • Fish coat karein:
  • Marinated fish ko batter mein achhi tarah coat karein.
  • Fry karein:

  • Pan ya deep fryer mein oil garam karein.
  • Medium flame par fish pieces ko golden brown aur crispy hone tak fry karein.

  • Fry karne ke baad paper towel par nikal kar extra oil remove karein.

  • Serve karein:

Hot pakoras ko chutney ya ketchup ke saath serve karein.
