 Dry Fruit Halwa ek healthy aur delicious winter dessert hai. Ye recipe ghar par asani se banai ja sakti hai, aur sardi ke mausam mein energy aur warmth deti hai.

🍲 Ingredients (For 4–5 servings):

  • Ghee – 1/2 cup
  • Mixed dry fruits (Almonds, Cashews, Pistachios, Raisins) – 1 cup
  • Milk – 2 cups
  • Sugar – 3/4 cup (adjust to taste)
  • Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
  • Saffron strands – 5–6 (optional)

👩‍🍳 Method / Steps:

Prepare Dry Fruits:

  • Almonds, Cashews aur Pistachios ko roughly chop kar lein.
  • Raisins ko thodi der ke liye warm water me bhigo dein.

Heat Ghee:

  • Pan me ghee garam karein.
  • Pehle chopped nuts daal kar golden brown hone tak fry karein.
  • Raisins add karein aur 1–2 min stir karein.
Add Milk & Sugar:
  • Pan me milk daal kar boil hone dein.
  • Sugar aur saffron (agar use kar rahe ho) add karein.

Cook Halwa:

  • Medium flame par continuously stir karte rahein.
  • Jab mixture thick aur creamy ho jaye, cardamom powder add karein.

Serve:

  • Garma garam dry fruit halwa serve karein.
  • Optional: Thodi aur chopped nuts se garnish karein.

💡 Tips & Variations:

  • Sugar kam ya zyada apni taste ke hisab se adjust karein.
  • Milk ki jagah condensed milk use karne se halwa aur creamy banega.
  • Saffron aur rose water se flavor enhance hota hai.
