Fish nuggets ek tasty aur healthy snack hain jo bachay aur baray dono shoq se khatay hain۔ Ye recipe khas taur par un logon ke liye hai jo ghar par crispy, restaurant-style fish nuggets banana chahte hain۔ Ye nuggets tea time, lunch box ya party snack ke liye perfect hain۔

Ingredients 

  • Boneless fish ½ kg (any white fish: rohu, tilapia, pangasius)
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp (ya taste ke mutabiq)
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Red chilli powder ½ tsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp (optional)
  • Cornflour 2 tbsp
  • All-purpose flour (maida) 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Breadcrumbs as required
  • Oil for deep frying

Method (Banane ka Tarika)

  1. Fish ko chhotay cube ya nugget shape mein cut kar lein aur achi tarah wash kar ke sukha lein۔
  2. Ab fish mein lemon juice, namak, kali mirch, lal mirch aur garlic powder daal kar 15–20 minutes ke liye marinate kar dein. 
  3. Ek bowl mein egg phent lein، doosray bowl mein maida aur cornflour mix kar lein aur teesray bowl mein breadcrumbs rakh lein۔
  4. Har fish piece ko pehle flour mixture mein roll karein، phir egg mein dip karein aur aakhir mein breadcrumbs coat kar lein۔
  5. Frying pan mein oil garam karein aur nuggets ko medium flame par golden brown hone tak fry karein۔
  6. Kitchen paper par nikal kar extra oil absorb kar lein۔

Serving Suggestion

Fish nuggets ko ketchup, mayonnaise ya tartar sauce ke sath serve karein۔ French fries aur salad ke sath bhi ye bohat zabardast lagtay hain۔
