Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken (boiled & shredded)
  • 1 cup gajar (carrot) chopped
  • 1 cup band gobhi (cabbage) chopped
  • ½ cup beans chopped
  • ½ cup sweet corn
  • 1 small piyaz chopped
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 anda (egg) – optional
  • Namak hasb-e-zaiqa
  • Kali mirch powder
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • Hara pyaz garnish ke liye

Method

  1. Sab se pehle pan mein oil garam karein aur piyaz halka sa fry karein.
  2. Ab sab vegetables add kar ke 2–3 minute bhun lein.
  3. Chicken aur chicken stock daal kar medium flame par 10–15 minute pakne dein.
  4. Cornflour ko thore se pani mein ghol kar soup mein add karein aur achi tarah mix karein.
  5. Ab namak, kali mirch, soy sauce aur vinegar daal dein.
  6. Agar anda use kar rahi hain to soup ko halki flame par rakh kar beat kiy hue  anday ahista ahista daalte hue chamach chalate rahein.
  7. 5 minute aur pakayein jab tak soup thora thick ho jaye.
  8. Hara pyaz daal kar garam garam serve karein.
