Chicken Noodles soup Recipe

250 grams boneless chicken into (small pieces)

 1 cup boiled noodles. See

1 small carrot (julienned).

4 cups chicken stock or water.

Method:

1.Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic and ginger. Sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.

2.Add chicken pieces and cook until they turn white and tender.

3.Add carrot, cabbage, and spring onion. Stir fry for 1–2 minutes.

4.Pour in chicken stock or water and let it boil for 5–7 minutes.

5.Add boiled noodles, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.

6.If you want a slightly thick soup, mix cornflour with water and add it to the soup.

Cook for another 2–3 minutes.

7.Turn off the flame and serve hot.
