Chicken Corn Soup Recipe


 Chicken corn soup is a very popular and healthy soup. It is easy to make at home and is perfect for winter season. This soup is light, tasty and good for kids and adults.

Ingredients

1 cup chopped vegetables (carrot, beans, peas)
1 small onion, finely chopped
1clove garlic, minced
2 cups vegetable broth or water
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp olive oil
Optional: herbs like parsley or thyme

Method

Heat oil in a pot. Add garlic paste and fry for few seconds.
Add chicken stock and bring to boil.
Add shredded chicken and sweet corn. Cook for 5 minutes.
Mix cornflour in half cup water and add it slowly into soup to make it thick.
Pour beaten egg slowly while stirring continuously.
Add salt, black pepper, soy sauce and vinegar.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Serving

Serve hot and garnish with green onions.
