Gajar ka Halwa(carrot Pudding) Recipe
Ingredients:
4-5 medium gajar (grated)
2 cups doodh
4-5 tbsp cheeni
2 tbsp ghee
½ tsp elaichi powder
Kaju aur badam (garnish ke liye).
Method:
1.Pan me ghee garam karein aur grated gajar 5 min bhunein.
2.Doodh add karein aur gajar soft hone tak pakayein.
3.Cheeni aur elaichi powder add karein, 5 min aur cook karein.
4.Garnish ke liye kaju aur badam daalein.
Tip:
Gajar ka halwa sirf tasty nahi, balki vitamin A se bhi rich hai jo winter me immunity strong rakhta hai.
